All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure its quality and condition. Therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, except when the item received is defective. A product arrives damaged or with a factory defect, the customer must contact us by email within 3 business days of receiving the order. Once we review the evidence, we will determine if a replacement is applicable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We are also not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect address. If the shipping provider marks the package as “delivered”, the service is considered complete.
